  • Her family name, Ochosan, come from the 皇朝銭 (Kōchōsen) meaning "Imperial Currency", it was also one of first Japanese curriencies system. Her first name, Arakida, is a surmane that means "new cultivated land".
  • She is the actually only character in Nansei sitting on her Image.
  • Arakida appears on the cover of Hills of the God, along with Ragoni.
