The Immortal Youkai Army (永妖軍 Eiyougun) or IYA for short, is a violent organization of extremists youkai residents, with the eventual goal of ruling over all humans and creating a youkai-only land. While most of their missions involve either slaughtering or capturing humans Miko Kokunai does not appear to see them as a threat (for now).
In order to combat this group's influence (which could lead to Kuusou no Sekai collapsing entirely), there is an Anti-IYA Frontier, of which Takuto Yamaha is a member of.
The leader(s) of the army (if there is one) is currently unknown.

He was the one who convinced Christine to join the IYA in order to train and use the Icy Sword better, though whether he has any other associations with the army or was a member at all prior to his death is unknown. It's suggested that he may just share their ideology as he didn't care for humans and Christine believed she was following his ideals while training under them (which was killing humans and using the Icy Sword to fulfill that purpose by destroying humanity.)
While it is unknown if Gishi is a member of the IYA, she created Mech-01 with Rena to serve in the army so it's possible she might have some ties to the organization or was an outsider simply hired for the construction.
Kaoru's association with the IYA is unknown, but he appears as the main character in the bonus album where the IYA was first introduced.
It's mentioned in Zero's backstory that prior to becoming a half-ghost he was a regular human in the army. It's unknown if this army is the IYA or a different fraction altogether. It's interesting to note that Zero has scrapped Hills of the Gods art of himself wearing a military uniform, though nothing about it indicates whether it's from the IYA or not and why he's wearing it.
